My passion for health and wellness began in 1987, when I started listening to Dr. Merkin, MD. His engaging and fast-paced approach to sharing medical knowledge inspired me to explore the fascinating connection between the mind, body, and overall well-being. Driven by curiosity, I dedicated hours every day to learning, studying late at night and waking up at 3:45 AM twice a week to watch Stanford University neuroscience classes featuring Dr. Philip G. Zimbardo. I even completed a speed-reading course to absorb knowledge more efficiently. Over the years, I have earned certifications in multiple fields and learned from diverse sources around the world. This lifelong commitment to education has strengthened my belief in the importance of holistic wellness, healthy living, and a deeper understanding of the body’s natural healing processes. At painbegone we believe knowledge is the foundation of well-being. Our goal is to share valuable insights, encourage informed lifestyle choices, and inspire people to take a proactive approach to their health. True wellness begins with curiosity, grows through knowledge, and flourishes through consistent action. Explore more insights and discover our approach to health and wellness at
