In this video, we share the story of a recent patient who developed capsular contracture in both breasts, making them feel hard. She enrolled in our 5-Day FAST TRACK treatment program with Aspen After Surgery Center. Her Story: In May 2023, about five months after surgery, she noticed her left breast becoming firm and painful following a Burpee exercise. Soon after, her right breast also began to harden. Through a virtual evaluation, she was diagnosed with capsular contracture. After completing the 5-Day FAST TRACK treatment, her results included: 90% improvement in the right breast 50–60% improvement in the left breast 80% reduction in pain and soreness
