Our appraisal system within the HRMS allows for customization by HR. This includes enabling the use of open-ended, radio-button, or checkbox questions, as well as KPI, KRA, and KMI performance matrices. Additionally, the system facilitates goal-setting, training plans, learning & development plans, and countersigning of Appraisal Detail Reports, including employee’s self-appraisal and comments.
