Our patient was referred by her plastic surgeon for treatment of right breast implant capsular contracture. After her initial surgery in 2017, she developed contracture within a year. A second corrective surgery in 2019 resulted in recurrence just one month later, causing a high, hard, and tight breast. After treatment at Aspen Center, she improved from Baker Grade 3 to Grade 1, restoring natural shape and symmetry.
